Minneapolis Police Officer Scott Ramsdell executed a warrant to search for evidence of drug trafficking at the home of Layla Ahmed Ali. Ramsdell subsequently filed a warrant inventory and return form stating that he seized a suitcase, a notebook, a quantity of khat, and $4,960 from the residence. No charges were filed, and the $4,960 was eventually returned to Ali. She then filed this lawsuit in state...
