The bankruptcy court denied, in part, Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin Capital's (Houlihan) requested professional fees in the amount of $1,920,967.74. The court determined the entire fee was unreasonable under 11 U.S.C. § 330 and reduced the amount to $904,000 for Houlihan's services.
