State Farm appeals a judgment for attorney's fees and costs entered upon reversal and remand in State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. v. Horkheimer, 814 So.2d 1069 (Fla. 4th DCA 2001) (Horkheimer I). It argues the court erred in awarding fees. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
