BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

Lisa Brandt, now known as Lisa Vinton, appeals from the sentence imposed by the District Court1 after she pleaded guilty to making a false material declaration before the federal grand jury (i.e., perjury). See 18 U.S.C. § 1623(a) (2000). We affirm.
