PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right the trial court order granting plaintiffs summary disposition and denying defendant summary disposition. We reverse.

Plaintiffs are residents of the city of Detroit. Defendant, as the chief executive officer (CEO) of the Detroit Public Schools, declined to renew the contracts of approximately four hundred curriculum leaders and curriculum coordinators in the Detroit Public Schools.
