Martin, aka Karim Azim Razzaq,1 appeals from convictions for first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder, first degree assault, use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence or felony, wearing and carrying a handgun, conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous or deadly weapon, robbery, and theft.
