Defendant Matthew J. Jones was charged with one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and one count of possessing equipment that could be used in its manufacture. Jones was tried by a jury, which convicted him on both counts. The district court then imposed concurrent sentences, the longest of which was 262 months of imprisonment.
