In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether a defendant's Sixth Amendment right to jury trial extends to two of the statutory aggravating factors codified in AS 12.55.155(c): (c)(7), which applies if a defendant has a prior felony conviction that is a more serious class of offense than the defendant's current felony; and (c)(20), which applies if the defendant committed the current felony while on probation or parole from...
