We withdraw our prior opinion and substitute the following in its place. The trial court entered a final summary judgment in favor of appellees, Richard and Marie Slichter, on a complaint alleging that the appellants, Dave and Ethel Schneider, tendered two "bad checks" to purchase a business. The affidavits, together with the bank statements, indicate that a material issue of fact remains. We therefore reverse.<...
