OPINION

GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

Terrence May was arrested when law enforcement agents raided his home and seized 250 grams of crack cocaine. After the district court denied his motion to suppress the evidence, May entered a conditional guilty plea to the charge of possession of cocaine base (crack) with the intent to distribute. He was sentenced to 120 months in prison, placed on five years of supervised release...
