The present case arises from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on June 9, 2003 in Woodbury, when a truck owned by the named defendant, Nestle USA, Inc., and operated by defendant William D'Amico collided with a car driven by the named plaintiff, Stuart Stravitsch.
