Kenneth B. Moll, and his firm Kenneth B. Moll & Associates Ltd. (KBM), and K. Amy Lemon, appeal the district court's order imposing sanctions against them for their conduct in the Baycol Multi-District Litigation (MDL). Pursuant to its inherent power, the district court removed Moll and KBM from the plaintiffs' steering committee (PSC) and imposed a $50,000 sanction against Moll after finding Moll committed perjury, violated two pretrial orders...
