Salvador Galaviz-Luna (Galaviz-Luna) was charged with and convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1), and 846.
