ECKERSTROM, J.

¶ 1 Appellant Juan Manuel Molina was convicted after a jury trial of unlawful imprisonment, a class six felony; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, a class three felony; and aggravated assault causing temporary and substantial disfigurement, a class four felony.
