This is defendant's second appeal. In this appeal, defendant seeks review of his multiple offender adjudication and enhanced sentence. On September 24, 2003, defendant was convicted of distribution of counterfeit cocaine, in violation of La. R.S. 40:971.1. Defendant was subsequently sentenced to three years at hard labor.
