On March 5, 2004, the respondent, Ivan Bogachoff, pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344. After being informed of his conviction we temporarily suspended Respondent from the practice of law in this jurisdiction per D.C. Bar Rule XI, § 10(c). We also directed the Board on Professional Responsibility ("Board") to institute a formal proceeding to determine the final discipline...
