Lynne Sienkiewicz applied for disability insurance benefits (DIB) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits in 1999, claiming that a host of ailments had rendered her disabled since 1993. At a hearing in February 2001, an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) found that Sienkiewicz was not disabled. The Appeals Council declined review and the district court affirmed. Sienkiewicz now appeals.
