MEMORANDUM OPINION

HEYBURN, Chief Judge.

Defendants removed this employment discrimination case to federal court on the grounds that Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185 ("LMRA") preempted Plaintiff's claims. Plaintiff has now moved to remand asserting that her complaint stated only claims under the Kentucky Civil Rights laws. The resulting dispute is one which this Court is frequently called upon to resolve.
