This is a direct appeal under Louisiana Constitution article V, § 5(D) by the defendant, Glynn Juniors, Jr. On February 10, 1998, Ronald Williams and Juniors, were jointly indicted by a grand jury for the first degree murder of Albert "Butch" Robinson.
