Bronsilaw Cutter was charged with cocaine trafficking and marijuana possession. He filed a motion to suppress evidence of the drugs. After a hearing, the suppression motion was denied and his case proceeded to a bench trial. At the close of the evidence, Cutter renewed his suppression motion based upon the additional evidence adduced at trial. The trial court again denied the motion and found Cutter guilty as charged.
