The Phyllis Andrews Family Trust has sued Arthur B. Modell to enforce the terms of a February 1963 letter agreement between Modell and Vincent Andrews in which Modell promised a 5% finder's fee to Andrews "when, as and if" Modell ever completely divested himself of all his stock interest in the Cleveland Browns. (Pl.'s Opp. Ex. 15). The Trust contends that Modell's sale of the Ravens to Stephen Bisciotti between 2000...
