Matthew Mark Moore was convicted by a jury of attempted first-degree sexual assault, attempted second-degree sexual assault, and first-degree burglary.1 Moore appeals, contending that the trial court erred in denying his request for another attorney and claiming that the evidence was insufficient to establish the burglary charge.
