¶ 1. Michael Ryals pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit murder and one count of accessory before the fact of manslaughter. He was sentenced to serve a total of thirty-two years with the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Thereafter, Ryals filed a motion for post-conviction relief.
