On May 5, 2004, Defendant, Anthony R. Williamson, pled guilty to two counts of felony theft in violation of La.R.S. 14:67. On July 27, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced on each count to serve five years at hard labor, suspended, four years supervised probation, and ordered to pay a fine of one thousand dollars.
