On May 5, 2004, Defendant, Anthony R. Williamson, pled guilty to two counts of felony theft in violation of La.R.S. 14:67. On July 27, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced on each count to serve five years at hard labor, suspended, four years supervised probation, and ordered to pay a fine of one thousand dollars. The court also ordered restitution in the amount of $16,996.75, with a minimum of two thousand dollars to be paid toward said restitution...
