Branch Banking & Trust Company (the "Bank") filed an action against AKA Management, Inc. ("AKA"), Michael E. Craig, and Abdul Kaba (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "appellants"), alleging that AKA defaulted on two promissory notes and that Kaba and Craig as guarantors of the notes, failed to pay AKA's indebtedness. AKA, Kaba and Craig, counterclaimed, alleging that the Bank sold AKA's equipment for a commercially unreasonable price....
