¶ 1 Fidensio Saavedra was convicted of raping ten-year-old M.R. On appeal, Mr. Saavedra contends: (1) his Fifth Amendment right to silence was violated when the trial court allowed mention of the State's failed efforts to contact him; and (2) the court erred in admitting testimony from two social workers.
