In this companion case to 2004 CA 1385, also decided this day, appellants, Phillip W. Manuel and Carolyn Barr Manuel, appeal the March 15, 2004 judgment holding Mr. Manuel in constructive contempt of court.1 For the following reasons, we affirm.
