This is an appeal of a non-final order transferring Regal Kitchens Inc.'s ("Regal Kitchens") suit against O'Connor & Taylor Condominium Construction, Inc. ("O'Connor & Taylor"), from Miami-Dade County to Palm Beach County pursuant to a venue provision contained in a contract between the parties. Finding that the subject venue provision is permissive rather than mandatory in nature, we reverse.
