The Donnelly's financed $27,900 of the purchase price through a thirty year mortgage with Federal National Mortgage Association ("FNMA"). Mr. Donnelly worked in Harvey, Louisiana at an oil related company as a machinist. The Donnelly's lived in the home in Marrero until 1999, when Mr. Donnelly's employment was terminated...
