Jerry Sanders, Jr., raises three claims of error on appeal from his convictions and sentences for sexual battery, kidnapping, burglary with an assault or battery, and petit theft. Sanders' complaints about the jury instructions and his sentencing guidelines scoresheet were not preserved for review, and we affirm as to those issues without further discussion.
