¶ 1 James D. Grimminger appeals the trial court order granting summary judgment in favor of Shuba Maitra, M.D. ("Dr. Maitra") and Blair Surgical Associates, PC ("Blair Surgical"). Grimminger claims Dr. Maitra violated the physician-patient privilege by offering information and opinions to Grimminger's employer, the U.S. Postal Service.
