This is a civil action for monetary damages in which plaintiff Barry Aviation, Inc. contends that defendants fraudulently induced it to enter a contract to become a fixed-base operator at the Land O'Lakes Municipal Airport by misrepresenting the number of annual aircraft landings and takeoffs by over 2,000%.
