Thomas Davies appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and dismissing with prejudice Davies' complaint. In his complaint, filed pursuant to the act popularly known as the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C. §§ 51-60 (1986), Davies alleged that he suffered repetitive stress injuries...
