¶ 1 In June 2002, Britannia Holdings obtained an $11 million judgment against Bernard and Judy Greer for securities fraud, and initiated proceedings to collect the judgment. In September 2004, the trial court held the Greers in contempt for disobeying multiple orders to deliver assets and to provide a credible accounting.
