¶ 1 Lawrence Lee Labarbera appeals from a sentence imposed for his conviction of two counts of first degree rape. At sentencing, Labarbera argued that the State had failed to prove his criminal history. The State responded by submitting a certified copy of a judgment and sentence showing a California conviction and a certified copy of judgment and sentence for two of Labarbera's Pierce County convictions...
