This case concerns whether Donald H. Harmon (Harmon) was covered under a credit life insurance policy issued to him by Union Security Life Insurance Company (Union Security) through U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank or The Bank). Following Harmon's death, his estate was denied benefits under the policy. The Harmon estate brought suit against Union Security, but the district court granted summary judgment in favor of the insurer. We reverse...
