RILEY, Circuit Judge.

Jason Thomas Haslip (Haslip) appeals his convictions and sentences. In April 2003, the government filed a superceding indictment charging Haslip with three counts, including one count of conspiracy to distribute, and two counts of aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute ecstasy and methamphetamine. A jury found Haslip guilty on all counts, and the district court1 sentenced him to 324 months' imprisonment...
