Defendant Rickey Martin was convicted after a jury trial of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). On appeal, defendant challenges the district court's denial of his motion to suppress the weapon, and he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence.
