Patient Transfer Service, Inc. (PTS) and two of its employees were convicted by a jury for filing false Medicare and Medicaid claims. The district court sentenced PTS to a large fine, Kevin Wise to 30 months and a $6,000 fine, and Shirley Wallace to 100 hours of community service. PTS appeals its conviction and sentence.
