Defendant-Appellant Tyrice Sawyers appeals his conviction, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g) and 924(a), for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and his sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act ("ACCA"), 18 U.S.C. § 924(e), and the sentencing guidelines.
