Paul Miles Jefferson, Jr., appellant, was charged in the Circuit Court for Caroline County with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. After a bench trial and pursuant to a not guilty plea based upon an agreed statement of facts, appellant was convicted of both counts and sentenced to thirty days' incarceration for possession of marijuana, to which the conviction for possession of paraphernalia...
