Plaintiffs-Appellants Joy and Frances McDonald ("Mr. and Mrs. McDonald") brought this diversity action, alleging that Defendants-Appellants Nancy Petree ("Petree") and Holly Ann Hudspeth ("Hudspeth") negligently caused Mrs. McDonald to be injured in a car accident.
