HAZOURI, J.

Michael Samuel was charged with attempted robbery with a firearm. He filed a motion to suppress his confession which the trial court denied after an evidentiary hearing. Samuel thereafter entered a plea of guilty to a lesser charge of attempted robbery with a weapon. He was sentenced to ten years in prison and, as part of the plea agreement, he reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress. Samuel pled guilty to several other cases...
