In this redhibition action, defendant, Concepcion St. Romain Thibodeaux, appeals the trial court's judgment, ordering rescission of the April 26, 2000 Act of Sale of certain immovable property to plaintiffs, Joseph and Pamela David. For the following reasons, we reverse.
