PER CURIAM.

This disciplinary matter is before the Court pursuant to the Notice of Discipline filed by the State Bar alleging that Respondent William S. Shelfer, Jr. violated Rules 1.15(I), 1.15(II) and 9.3 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct found in Bar Rule 4102(d). The maximum sanction for a violation of Rule 1.15(I) or 1.15(II) is disbarment, while the maximum sanction for a violation of Rule 9.3 is a public reprimand.
