[¶ 1] Mr. Janssen was convicted of possession of a controlled substance in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031 (LexisNexis 2001) and was sentenced to a term of 48-60 months in the Wyoming State Penitentiary. He appeals that judgment and sentence asserting that the district court considered an improper statement contained in the presentence investigation report, and that he was denied counsel at his preliminary hearing and was deprived...
