Respondent, Paul Wojcik, appeals from the trial court's judgment dissolving his marriage to petitioner, Karen Wojcik. The trial court awarded 55% of the parties' marital assets to Karen and 45% of those assets to Paul. The trial court also denied Paul's request for an award of maintenance and reserved ruling upon Karen's request for an award of maintenance.
