Ottenberg's Bakers, Inc. ("employer") discharged appellant Phillip L. Artis for cause after Artis staged a robbery in an attempt to murder a co-worker. Following his termination, Artis filed a claim with the Workers' Compensation Commission, seeking temporary partial disability benefits.
