This appeal presents the case of a Pakistani family ("the Ahmeds") whose application for asylum was denied by an immigration judge. Because we find that the judge's persistent mischaracterization of the Ahmeds' testimony biased his decision against them as to both their credibility and their claims of past and likely future persecution, we GRANT the petition for review, VACATE the decision of the Board of Immigration...
