The defendant, Brandon D. Kline, was charged with unlawful possession with intent to deliver cannabis on school grounds. 720 ILCS 550/5.2(d) (West 2003). Kline filed a motion to suppress evidence obtained as a result of an alleged unlawful seizure by a Moline police officer and the dean of Moline High School.
